Collection T&Cs
When you order:
Once your order is placed, we will email you within 24 hours (via the email provided at checkout) with available time and dates to collect your order. We give 30 minute time slots to allow for you to find us. You will receive the address via email automatically once your order has been placed.
Your order will be placed in a brown paper bag, it won't come in a box.
When you arrive:
Please ring the buzzer for the 2nd floor when you arrive, we are straight ahead at the very top of the stairs. Please have your order number and email address ready so we can verify this. If you need someone else to collect your order that is fine, just make sure they have these details too.
Please note that as a small business, we may have our children with us when schools are not open. In this event the door will be locked but we will have a sign on the door for those coming to collect, please knock and we will bring your order to the door. Thank you for your understanding.

We will hold your order for 14 days from when it is placed, after this we will contact you to arrange postage.
Please let us know if you are unable to collect and we can re-arrange a time and date. In the event that we have to cancel (due to any emergency or unforeseen circumstances) we will let you know immediately to rearrange. If no other date within the 14 days stated above works for you, we will ship the item to you free of charge. This is only the case if we have been the ones to cancel collection.
